# myADA FAQ and application reference > Hosted anti-drug antibody (ADA) risk prediction for biologics. Informational product depth lives on https://www.myneotx.com/solutions/myada. Last verified: 2026-08-19 ## Overview ### What is myADA? myADA is myNEO Therapeutics' hosted anti-drug antibody (ADA) risk prediction application. It maps MHC class II immunogenicity hotspots, ranks candidates against a clinically annotated antibody reference set, and supports lead selection before wet-lab work. The full product overview is on the myNEO website: https://www.myneotx.com/solutions/myada ### How do I sign in to myADA? Open the myADA login page (https://www.myada.myneotx.com/login/), enter the email and password for your account, and complete multi-factor authentication. If you do not have credentials yet, contact us (https://www.myada.myneotx.com/contact/) to request a demo or access. ### Where can I read the scientific documentation? The in-app manual (https://www.myada.myneotx.com/documentation/manual/) covers how to use myADA. The myADA technology paper describes the model, clinical reference database, and benchmarking: https://www.myneotx.com/publication/myada-anti-drug-antibody-risk-prediction ## Using the application ### How is access to myADA provisioned? myNEO provides myADA access. There is no public self-registration. Contact us (https://www.myada.myneotx.com/contact/) to request a demo or credentials. ### What can I do after I log in? After you sign in you land on Home. From there open Compounds to select or upload candidates, Runs to track analysis, and Report for ADA scores, immunogenicity hotspots, humanness, and engineering. ### Does sign-in use multi-factor authentication? Yes. After email and password you enter a one-time code from your authenticator app. ### Where is the user manual for the hosted app? https://www.myada.myneotx.com/documentation/ and https://www.myada.myneotx.com/documentation/manual/ ## ADA risk prediction ### How does myADA help antibody development? It ranks candidates by predicted ADA risk, identifies immunogenicity hotspots, profiles humanness and similarity to known antibodies, and estimates population-level impact across HLA backgrounds. ### What is myADA benchmarked against? A reference database of more than 100 clinically tested antibodies with documented real-world ADA outcomes, annotated from more than 3,000 clinical trial arms across over 750 trials. Scores are percentiles in that distribution. ### What does a myADA score mean? The predicted ADA score is reported with a percentile in the clinical reference set. Higher scores indicate higher predicted anti-drug antibody risk. ### What inputs does a prediction need? Antibody protein sequence for the chains in scope, from catalogs or uploaded runs. Formats are in the user manual. ### How does MHC class II modeling relate to ADA risk? myADA centers on MHC class II epitope immunogenicity to flag CD4 T-cell epitopes that can initiate T-cell-dependent ADA responses.
