### What can I do after I log in?

After you sign in you land on Home. From there open Compounds to select or upload candidates, Runs to track analysis, and Report for ADA scores, immunogenicity hotspots, humanness, and engineering.

### Does sign-in use multi-factor authentication?

Yes. After email and password you enter a one-time code from your authenticator app.

## ADA risk prediction

### How does myADA help antibody development?

It ranks candidates by predicted ADA risk, identifies immunogenicity hotspots, profiles humanness and similarity to known antibodies, and estimates population-level impact across HLA backgrounds.

### What is myADA benchmarked against?

A reference database of more than 100 clinically tested antibodies with documented real-world ADA outcomes, annotated from more than 3,000 clinical trial arms across over 750 trials. Scores are percentiles in that distribution.

### What does a myADA score mean?

The predicted ADA score is reported with a percentile in the clinical reference set. Higher scores indicate higher predicted anti-drug antibody risk.

### What inputs does a prediction need?

Antibody protein sequence for the chains in scope, from catalogs or uploaded runs. Formats are in the user manual.
